We inform you that from Monday 5 February 2024:

• in Laveno Mombello (Alptransit subway project) with works scheduled to end in January 2025, unless otherwise communicated, and 

• in Malnate (urban redevelopment works for roundabout in Piazza Vittorio Veneto) with works scheduled to end in late November 2024, unless otherwise communicated

construction sites have been opened, as a result of which there may be delays both in the morning and in the afternoon on bus routes no. 2 with the Laveno terminus (and Friday afternoon runs with bus no. 2 at 1.00 p.m. and bus no. 1 at 4.20 p.m.) and no. 14 with the Tradate terminus (and Friday afternoon runs with bus no. 5 at 1.00 p.m.) respectively.

Specifically, on bus line no. 2 due to heavy traffic along the Sangiano-Caravate road and outbound from Laveno on Friday at 16.20 in the event of traffic jams due to a closed level crossing at Cittiglio, and on bus lines no. 14 and no. 5 on Friday at 13.00 due to the narrowing of the carriageway with alternating one-way traffic regulated by traffic lights or site traffic lights along the stretch of road affected by the works.

The School Management was promptly informed of these long-term works.
